This project takes up the expression "biopic." However, this time, it is fully scripted and based on a collective that has produced more than a hundred videos, "Les Inprofessionnels."The film is a parody of the biopic concept. It reveals the behind-the-scenes of this collective's shoots through reconstructions, archival images, under the guise of a fake biographical documentary.

This film traces two years of Romain's life through his crazy project of becoming a cartoonist. He dedicates himself body and soul to his passion for comics. An irrepressible need, for which he will have to make a decisive choice, against the will of his entire family, but especially that of his father. Josephine suffers from her loneliness, to the point that it is only on the third day that she understands she is trapped in a time loop. While she takes advantage of the resources available at her job to research the theory of relativity, it is the message from a dark stranger discovered on a forum that will push her to look beyond the theory.

She dives headfirst into a quest for meaning across the country, searching for the truth behind all the implausible theories she encounters. Until she discovers that it is not a time loop as one might imagine. A truth that will allow her to understand the reasons for this embrace but also for her loneliness, she hopes.

Another Life

A film by Mia Froidevaux

A young girl finds herself in her apartment, overwhelmed by a strange feeling. All the objects of her daily life and known landmarks have disappeared. In their place, an empty room, disembodied, and at the window, a view of an endless wall of apartments that seem just as uninhabited.

The discovery of this place and the appearance of a character whose role remains enigmatic are at the heart of her reflection. Her invasive thoughts and buried memories deep within her being will allow her to understand the reasons for her presence in this liminal space.

Inspired by future scenarios described by global climate prevention organizations, imagined according to certain current and forecast reports from the IPCC and the UN.
